Registration Terms & Conditions

• Pilgrims must carry sufficient Saudi Riyals for personal expenses.
• Qurbani included in the package.
• Departure and return must follow the airline’s scheduled flights.
• Requests for early or late travel may be accommodated under a short package with additional charges.
• If a pilgrim cancels after registration, the ticket value will be refunded after the Hajj season concludes.
• No refund will be applicable once the airline ticket has been issued.
• During the days of Hajj, accommodation, transportation, and meals in Mina are managed according to the Saudi Government’s official schedule.
• Package prices are indicative and may increase or decrease based on official announcements from the Governments of Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia, airline fare adjustments, and currency exchange rate fluctuations.
